Frequently Asked Questions:
1) How are the prices of the tickets determined? The
tickets that we submit to the database have their prices set by
us. Brokers who submit tickets to our database set their
prices. On broker tickets we receive a small commission on
the sale.2)
Are the tickets guaranteed available ? Your order is
verified by our inventory or the broker is contacted to verify
his inventory before we process your order. At that
point your tickets are shipped directly to you. If, after you
submit an order it is determined that the tickets have already
been sold, we will advise you and discuss what other options are
available.
3) What if I change my mind? Like they say, 'Tickets
are like ice cream, once it's gone, it's gone'. If you
order tickets and the order is confirmed, you then are legally
obligated to pay for them. You obviously have the option of
offering them back to CreativeTickets.com to be listed for sale
on our website at your determined price.
4) Are there any additional fees added to the cost of the
ticket? No. All finder's fees, taxes, service charges, and handling costs are included in the price of the ticket. You need only select and pay for your desired shipping method.
5) Who is "Creative Tickets"? CreativeTickets.com operates as a d.b.a. of it's parent company,
Travel Spirit, Inc., which is licensed and registered in the state of Florida as a Seller of Travel -
since 1985, and in Hillsborough County Occ. Lic. #10657.
6) Will the seats be together? Tickets
are guaranteed in "pairs". That means, if you order 3
tickets, you could get 2 together and 1 by itself.
Likewise, if you ordered 4 tickets, they could be 2 and 2.
However, there is a good possibly the tickets could be together.
Best thing to do is to Email
us with your request if it is for an odd number of tickets,
because the automated system on this site will not allow odd #'s
of tickets to be purchased.
7) Can I order more than 12 tickets? Possibly. Email us with your request because the automated system on this site will not allow more than 12 tickets to be listed together. However, the broker will often have blocks of tickets larger than 12.
8) Can I sell my tickets on CreativeTickets.com? Sometimes we can list your tickets on consignment. This means that you set your minimum price, we will add our own percentage, and then we will list them in the database. However, we must have the tickets in our possession in order to list them for you. Email us with the Event Name, # Tickets, Seat Location, and Price.
