Terms and Conditions:
1) CreativeTickets.com is not an actual supplier of tickets. By submitting the order form, purchaser acknowledges that CreativeTickets.com operates solely as an independent intermediary for ticket brokers and suppliers who submit their individual ticket inventories to the database used on this site.
2) All payments are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation or postponement of a certain event, CreativeTickets.com will provide refunds only to the extent that refunds are available to CreativeTickets.com. If the purchaser's selected tickets are unavailable at the time the order is submitted, CreativeTickets.com will contact the purchaser to discuss other options prior to processing the order.
3) You will be billed by Creative Travel Group. The purchaser's credit card statement will reflect
Creative Travel Group, not CreativeTickets.com, as the merchant on the transaction. CreativeTickets.com operates as a d.b.a. of it's parent company,
Travel Spirit, Inc, which is licensed and registered in the state of Florida as a Seller of Travel , and in Hillsborough County Occ. Lic. #10657.
4) Tickets may be shipped by a third party. Federal regulations require that CreativeTickets.com disclose that the company is not necessarily in possession of admission tickets at the time an order is submitted or processed.
5) Tickets may not be shipped for up to 48 hours. Generally, tickets are shipped the same day. However, because orders are being processed at one location and tickets are being shipped from another, the actual process may take up to 48 hours, especially on weekends, to complete.
